La cuisine de Nan
Born in the small village of Khwao Sinarin, in the heart of Issan (northeastern Thailand), Nan is passionate about cooking. She learned from her mother, a street vendor, whose soups are renowned as the best in the entire village.


Once settled in France, the idea of sharing her culture through cooking was a natural one. "La cuisine de Nan" was created in December 2020 in Jonage, near Lyon. The basic concept is simple: the pleasure of introducing the rich flavors of her childhood cuisine to those around her, her family, her friends, and anyone who dares to embark on a culinary journey. Through a wide selection of Thai specialties, Nan emphasizes authenticity and freshness. She works at home in her kitchen laboratory and prepares all her dishes in a wok. The products are fresh, local, and purchased at the market the same day. The vegetables used in the dishes are harvested the day before by a major local producer.
